Do not expect to be able to do P90X or Insanity your first week of working out. Start with a walk. Aim to walk a mile or so a day. Gradually increase your activity level until you can tolerate hard exercises for thirty plus minutes per day.

Weight lose can be a challenge mentally but you have to pull through it and make it work for yourself. You need to be rooting in your own corner and not putting yourself down. Whatever small goal you accomplish with your weight you should be proud of. A great way to start losing weight is by burning calories as we all know. This can be done by extensive cardio such as running for 30 minutes or interval training. Just choose something you are comfortable at and that is fun for burning calories for you.
