There are plenty of food items on the market that, even though they taste good, are very very bad for you. Sure we can recognize a few of these things-most fast food, for example, while super tasty to eat, wreak havoc on your internal system and add way too many calories to your fat stores. But what about each one of those foods that, on the outside, seem like wise choices? What about the food you get for your kids? Keep reading to find out just what exactly a few of the worst things in the world are to feed to your family members (or yourself).



Macaroni and cheese, contrary to popular belief, is one of the worst things that one could order. The sort you make at home all on your own using the boxes of Kraft or Annie's should be mostly okay but most of the time the macaroni and cheese you order from restaurants is not.
